The Investigations and Intelligence division is focused on securing results that support legal, disciplinary, and operational outcomes for clients. Facts are verified, evidence is gathered, and findings are presented in a manner that stands up to both internal scrutiny and criminal prosecution.
Services include criminal and departmental investigations, fraud detection, asset theft and loss investigations, and cases involving employee misconduct. Undercover operations, physical and electronic surveillance, as well as counter-surveillance capabilities are deployed as required.

Communication among approved participants is facilitated through 24/7 Telegram messaging platforms, cell phone network-based Push-To-Talk radios (HALO PTT) and Application Programming Interface (APIs), supported by the BACSA National Monitoring Centre.

Integrated legal and case tracking ensures operational actions align with regulatory and prosecutorial requirements.
Structured for immediate deployment, this elite unit responds to volatile incidents such as armed attacks, hostage situations, and critical infrastructure threats. The team is equipped for rapid entry, containment, and emergency recovery missions where failure is not an option.
Reaction Unit
The Special Operations Reaction Unit is deployed to manage crowds, contain labour unrest, respond to protest action, and protect high-value infrastructure. This capability supports a wide range of sectors including mining, warehousing & logistics, education, government, and national fuel pipelines. Officers are equipped with non-lethal tools and operate from Armoured Personnel Carriers (APCs), with training focused on de-escalation and controlled intervention.
Underground Operatives
Specially selected and medically cleared personnel are tasked with operating in underground environments. These teams are primarily focused on disrupting illegal mining activities and restoring control in high-risk subterranean zones.
Tactical Officers
Tactical All-Rounders are trained to operate across multiple threat environments, including emergency deployments by air or ground. These officers carry out complex, high-risk interventions under extreme conditions, often within tight operational timelines.

Close Protection / Executive Protection
Dedicated Close Protection Officers (CPOs) are assigned to safeguard individuals facing elevated risk—such as business executives, whistleblowers, diplomats, and foreign dignitaries. Services include secure travel coordination, high-value escort, and personal protection in volatile or high-threat environments.
High-Value Cargo Escort
Valuable cargo, including precious minerals and sensitive assets, is protected in transit between storage and delivery points. Escorts may involve armed convoys, onboard personnel, and real-time aerial surveillance through Airwing or drone support to ensure safe and uninterrupted movement.
K9 UNIT
The K9 Unit supplies trained patrol and sniffer dogs, with handlers accredited for suspect apprehension and asset protection. K9 teams often work in coordination with drone units and ground teams to track and locate suspects
